When people first started describing these after seeing them on sale in France, we had no idea what they were talking about (it's a "porte-gobelet"!) but we thought it was a great idea. And now we are delighted that Lafuma has decided to make them available in the UK.

It's a little tray with a depression to hold a glass or mug, which clips sturdily onto the legs of a Lafuma recliner at just the right position for your arm to reach it naturally. For the truly indolent, it saves reaching over and bending down to find somewhere on the floor to put your drinks and nibbles. And, of course, for reflexologists, it means you no longer need to worry about kicking your client's glass of water over!

We've tested these ourselves, and we think they're a useful addition to the Lafuma recliner. We're really pleased that Lafuma have finally agreed to send some over here.

We were delighted when we first came across these fleecy covers - they're smarter than the elasticated towelling ones we used previously, and cheaper as well!

They're easily washable, and come in a range of colours to match your room. They are loose enough to fit over the arms of your Lafuma as well, or you can tuck them in so the arms are exposed if you prefer - they tie behind the seat back, and the elastic edging will go tight for a snug fit when you tip the recliner back. Call us if you want to be sure of colours and availability.

Many reflexology students asked us where they could find a small foam roll as an alternative to the "D" bolster below. We couldn't find anywhere that would supply them at a reasonable price... so we had them made to order! They are the same length as the "D" bolster, but smaller and round in section.

The standard layout here at OSR is to put a "D" bolster under the ankles and a round bolster under the knees for maximum comfort, but any combination is possible... the round ones will make a comfortable neck pillow for some people. And just like the "D" bolster, it has a detachable washable fleecy cover, included in the price.

A firm foam bolster (with a "D" cross section) for placing under the feet when reclining in a Lafuma recliner if needed for reflexology or extra comfort. As soon as we discovered these, we sold off all the pillows we had been using previously - the bolsters are much better, as the feet don't sink into them as they do with pillows.

Plus it has a detachable washable fleecy cover, included in the price!

This is Lafuma's "own brand" equivalent to the fleecy covers we have been stocking for years. It's a towelling cover in cream or grey with blue-grey trim and Lafuma logo, which slips over the head of a standard size recliner and drapes over it to protect it. It's not elasticated, but fits securely at the head end.

This makes a good alternative to the fleecy cover if you are looking for something that is very quick and simple to whip on and off the recliner - in a therapy environment you might even want to have two, one on and one in the wash. But this will be particularly useful if you are using a recliner in the garden or by the pool, where it will be more practical than the fleecy cover if you are sitting in your recliner while wet or oily from sunbathing. Plus, of course, it's quite a bit cheaper.
