New since 2006 - a much improved Lafuma carry case!
The standard Lafuma cases are no longer utilitarian, but now quite smart with their prominent Lafuma branding and their own little carry case for carrying around your carry case... not too sure how useful that particular feature will be, but there's no denying it's a huge improvement on the previous model.
Are you a mobile therapist? Why struggle three times to and from the car with all your paraphernalia, when you can fit a Lafuma, towels, folding stool etc. in one of these and do it in one?
Are you just using your Lafuma chair at home or in the caravan? These are a great way of stowing them away neatly and tidily when not in use, or protecting them for storage over the winter.
And best of all, which surprised us, they're no more expensive than the previous ones!
Please note, if you are considering buying one of these on its own without a recliner, that it is also a sturdier item than the original case, so unfortunately it does cost more to deliver to you: by default, we will ship this by courier, as the cost is little different and there is no danger of it getting lost in the post. On the plus side, courier delivery means we can ship plenty more items to you in the same pack at no extra cost. Call us if you would like to find out more about the least expensive delivery options.
The one thing we would suggest you bear in mind is that if you do put somebody quite heavy in an RSXA (Batyline stretchy fabric) recliner, the fabric will start to stretch and sag - unlike an RSX recliner which is padded instead of stretchy.
If you are concerned about weight in a Lafuma, we would guide you towards the Extra Large version in Seigle, which American suppliers suggest will happily take up to about 300 lb weight (we don't know anybody that heavy to test it on).
