Oxford Therapy Supplies is the product sales arm of Oxford School of Reflexology, a complementary training organisation based in Oxfordshire. We began by stocking equipment and consumables for our own students, and we are delighted that we have gone on to help other therapists and the general public.

We accept credit card payments using on-line ordering, but we can also take telephone orders or cheques by post.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Delta payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Information on the cost of sending your items is attached to each of the items. For anything over 2.5 kilos, we generally use next-day courier delivery as it often works out just as economical as Parcelforce. For small items, we pack as lightly as possible and send by Royal Mail.
Please note the next day courier service delivers on the next working day after we ship the order, not the next day after you place the order - if you place the order late in the day, we don't get it in time for the courier collection! For very urgent orders, please contact us so we can make special arrangements.
The basic courier rate of £10 applies for anything up to 10 kg: over that the price increases, but we can give you a firm cost if you call us.
We are happy to ship to Ireland and BFPO addresses worldwide, but please contact us first if you would like us to ship anywhere else outside the UK! Please also be aware that the "free delivery" offers only apply within the mainland UK!
Please note that WE DO RECYCLE PACKAGING - not only environmentally friendly, it also helps keep costs down so the end cost to you is lower. So if you receive your order in packaging that has been previously enjoyed, please do not be surprised, it's deliberate. PLEASE ALSO NOTE that if the courier company or Royal Mail attempt to deliver an item to you, and it is then returned to us because you did not collect it from them, or if the address you gave is incorrect, this will incur additional costs for us and we will need to pass them on to you. Please enquire if in doubt.
If we have an item in stock and ready to ship, we normally aim to have your order on its way to you at the latest on the next working day after you place it. If there is likely to be any significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Generally, if you place your order before 1100, and the item is to hand, it should be on its way to you the same day. Our postal collection is at 1400, so after that time we are looking at despatching the following day.
If you have a particular need for urgent delivery, please don't forget to tell us! We will do our best to help.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the new rate of 20%, with the exception of books which are zero rated.
We want you to be happy with the items you have purchased from us. If you are not for whatever reason, please tell us straight away. Items returned unused within 30 days can usually be refunded in full less postage costs.

Oxford School of Reflexology do not disclose buyer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used only to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
d. Only add your contact details to our mailing list if you expressly ask us to.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam), and we conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please just return it to us unused within seven days of delivery. Please include a covering note so we know who is sending it back! If you are returning a Lafuma recliner, the easiest (and cheapest) way of doing so is to take it to your local Post Office and ask for it to be sent by Standard Parcels rate. When we receive the goods back in saleable condition, we will make a full refund less the postage cost, or exchange the item or issue a credit as you prefer.
